We are pleased to announce that we have successfully renewed our BDA (British Dental Association) Good Practice scheme membership for the fifth year running. This means that our practice is committed to keeping up to date with, and providing quality dental care to nationally agreed standards of good practice in order to provide the best care for you- our patients.
We are proud to say we are the only BDA Good Practice Award holders in Port Talbot.
We are a friendly practice in Port Talbot and welcome new patients. We are offering a free Denplan Assessment until 29th February 2016.
We are a long established dental practice, over 50 years! We offer quality dentistry in a relaxed atmosphere. Our 3 dentists are settled here in partnership, meaning you'll see the same face at every appointment. Our committed hygienist and our experienced nursing and reception team look forward to meeting you.
Our current patients find Denplan Care an easily understood system that allows them to budget for their dental care without the worry of unexpected bills*.
*(Terms and conditions apply - please call reception for more details)
For children up to 18 years we offer free NHS dentistry, with appointments available after school and in the school holidays.
Find us on our Facebook page and see patient reviews and meet the team.
Talbot Road Dental Practice is going blue to raise awareness of Mouth Cancer. See us with our blue lips, and hair!, on our Facebook Page and www.facebook.com/Denplan/ where we were awarded BlueLipSelfie of the day!
The practice team have recently completed training on Mouth Cancer Awareness. They also have information boards and leaflets in the waiting rooms and welcome questions from their patients, and the local community, regarding life-threatening mouth cancer. Mouth Cancer does not have the public awareness of other forms of cancer yet, shockingly, it claims more lives every year than testicular and cervical cancer combined. We need to change this. Through our initiative we want to spread awareness of mouth cancer, its causes, the signs and symptoms and the role your dentist can play in helping to catch the disease early enough to beat it.
We are proud to announce our partnership with Aberavon RFC.
